More evidence of the housing slump...here is a chart of year-over-year home price changes from Standard & Poors





As you can see, home prices have declined 4.5% since last year on a national average basis.

Last quarter's decline, over 1.7%, was the largest quarterly decline in the 21 year history of the index.
